2013 CITY OF ASHLAND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE
The City of Ashland is interested in retaining a consultant to conduct a 2013 Comprehensive Plan Update for the City of Ashland, Kentucky. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to help the City select a qualified and experience consultant. The focus of this study will be to assess the goals and objectives of the comprehensive plan and possible revisions. Particular focus should be given to the plan elements such as people, Jobs, and housing, Land Use, Transportation, Community Facilities and Services, Downtown, and The Ashland Market Study.
