Payment Facts

• Payments made after 4:00 p.m. on normal business days will be posted to the  account on the next business day.
• Payments are posted on normal business days. This excludes weekends and City of Ashland holidays.
• Delays caused by the unavailability of the service DO NOT excuse the customer from penalties.
