Ashland Bus System


Title VI states no person in the United States shall on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subject to discrimination under nay program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.  Any person who believes that he/she has been subject to discrimination under Title VI may file a complaint with the Ashland Bus System within 180 days of the date of the alleged discrimination.  There are several ways to file a complaint:

A complaint may be filed with the Ashland Bus System in writing by mailing to: Ashland Bus System, Civil Rights, P.O. Box 1839, Ashland, Kentucky 41105;

A complaint may be filed with the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration’s Office of Civil Rights, 230 Peachtree Street, Suite 800, Atlanta, GA 30309; or

Or a complaint may be filed at 606-327-2025.
