Specifically, the Housing Authority shall not on the bases of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin, deny any family or individual the opportunity to apply for or receive assistance under HUD’s Housing Choice Voucher Program, within the requirements and regulations of HUD and regulatory authorities.  To further its commitment to full compliance with applicable Civil Rights laws, the Housing Authority will provide access to information to Housing Choice Voucher participates regarding discrimination.
