NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Ashland Fire Department is seeking bids for the Purchase and Installation of Door System(s): Central Station.
Specifications and bid instructions may be obtained during regular office hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm., Monday through Friday at the Ashland Fire Department, Central Station, 1021 Carter Avenue, Ashland, Kentucky or by calling (606) 385-3234.
Bids will be received by the City of Ashland in the Human Resources Office, Third Floor, Room 301 of the City Building, 1700 Greenup, Ave., Ashland Ky. 41101, until 3:00pm local time on Monday, June 20, 2022.
Bids will be opened and publicly read on Monday, June 20, 2022, in Commission Chambers, Third Floor, Ashland City Building, 1700 Greenup Avenue, Ashland, Kentucky at 3:15 PM est.
The City of Ashland, through its City Manager and Fire Chief, reserve the right to reject any or all parts of a bid should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Ashland.
