The Ashland Comprehensive Plan is a guide for the development, revitalization, and preservation of the City of Ashland.  It is a reflection of public and governmental input, local policy desires, and Kentucky statutes.  The Comprehensive Plan is used by the Ashland Planning Commission and the City of Ashland as its blueprint for the future.  It is a living, breathing document that allows Ashland to know where we are headed and how we will get there - this plan is one of our keys to success.
