I understand that this form hereby releases and holds harmless the sponsoring organizers of the Repair Affair event, their officers, employees, volunteers and contributors from any and all liability for damages or injuries suffered by the undersigned volunteer in conjunction with participation in the Repair Affair Event.

I acknowledge that organizers of the Repair Affair event do not maintain liability insurance coverage pertaining to the Repair Affair event. In the event that a Repair Affair client alleges damage(s) to his or her person or property related to the undersigned volunteer’s actions, the undersigned is not covered under their insurance policy.

The organizers of the Repair Affair event may use my photograph for promotional purposes (e.g. print advertisement, social media, etc…) pertaining to the Repair Affair event or future Repair Affair events.
