Log Cabin – Year-round scheduling. $50.00 an hour, $100 damage deposit.  Scheduling includes: Weddings, Receptions, Baby Showers, Birthday parties, Family/Class Reunions, Bridal Showers, and meetings. For reservations call 606-385-3295.
Pond/Garden/Gazebo – Year-round scheduling. $100 damage deposit, no cost to the public for Weddings/Receptions. For reservations call 606-385-3295.
Activity Room/Roundhouse – Year-round scheduling. $25 an hour, $100 damage deposit. Scheduling includes: Wedding Receptions, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Family Reunions, Bridal Showers, and meetings. For reservations call 606-385-3295.
Dawson Pool - The pool is a modern pool with a water slide and a diving board.  There is playground equipment and a basketball court in the pool area.  A concession stand is operated when the pool is open.  Admission to the pool is  $2.25 for school-age and $3.25 for adults.  The pool operates from Memorial Day until Labor Day when school is not in session. Pool rental is available.

The Community Room - (located in the Old Train Depot) is available for rent for your wedding reception, fundraisers, parties, etc. This beautifully restored historic room boasts over 3,785 (30’2” x 125’6”) square feet of entertaining area. The 239.5 sq ft kitchen is perfect for simple meal prepping, food storage, and easy cleanup! Your rental includes the use of tables and chairs so you can seat 250 guests. For events where tables are not required, you can host 535 guests with chairs and standing room only. Monday - Thursday it rents for $50 an hour, Friday - Sunday it rents for $75 an hour with a minimum of 4 hours rental. Set-up and clean-up time is included in rented hours.
