Home Rehabilitation Grant Program

 The City of Ashland is accepting applications for the Home Rehabilitation Grant Program. The Home Rehabilitation Program is designed to assist low-to moderate- income families living within the City of Ashland with assistance in the rehabilitation of their homes and to make repairs necessary to meet local building code.  In addition, the program aims to conserve the City’s existing housing stock. 

Grant awards will be available to selected homeowners to address external property preservation (such as painting, roof repair, siding, tuck pointing, soffit and fascia, etc.).  Eligible properties must be located within designated census tracts, have been cited for one or more code violations related to building structure, or recommended by the Division of Code Enforcement.

This project is funded by the City of Ashland, Department of Community & Economic Development through a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
