The City of Ashland Bus System provides friendly, convenient, and affordable services to all our passengers. All of our vehicles are handicap accessible.

Fixed Route Service

We offer five routes throughout the Ashland and adjoining areas. Our service extends throughout Ashland, Catlettsburg, and Summitt. Our buses depart every hour from our Historic Transportation Center conveniently located at 99 15th Street directly adjoining the newly renovated Riverfront Park. We have bus stops located at all major areas of interest including Town Center Mall, Midtown Plaza, the Library, the Movies, and King's Daughters Medical Center.

Paratransit Service

We also offer Paratransit services to those who are unable to ride the fixed-route service. Paratransit is an origin to destination ride-sharing service where clients schedule ride times in advance.

Snow Routes

In the case of inclement weather, the Ashland Bus System will run deviated snow routes. As weather conditions change, routes may be modified.  If you have further questions, you may contact us at 606-385-3287.

Greyhound Ticket Agent

We are also a Greyhound ticket agent. Contact us for your Greyhound ticket needs. You can catch the bus at our Historic Transportation Center located at 99 15th street.
