Title VI states no person in the United States shall on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subject to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. Any person who believes that he/she has been subject to discrimination under Title VI may file a complaint with the Ashland Bus System within 180 days of the date of the alleged discrimination. Click here for the complaints procedures and form.  Please provide all the facts and circumstances surrounding your issue or complaint so we can fully investigate the incident.
