CITY OF ASHLAND ASSISTED HOUSING RECEIVES
HIGH PERFORMER RANKING

The City of Ashland Assisted Housing Division has been assessed as a High Performer by the Department of Housing and Urban Development for the second straight year.  This rating is determined by the fourteen performance factors of the Section Eight Management Assessment Program (SEMAP).  A perfect score in each of the factors is required in order to earn the High Performer ranking.  While this HUD recognition is a significant honor, the greater honor is that we are a positive force in our community and our neighbors.

The City of Ashland Assisted Housing offices are a division of Community and Economic Development.  The Assisted Housing offices are located at 1700 Greenup Avenue, Suite 212.  The main goal of Assisted Housing is to offer safe, clean, affordable housing for all residents of Boyd County regardless of economic status.
