The City of Ashland will be performing Kentucky Energy and Environmental Cabinet Division of Enforcement required treatment plant capacity testing on October 5
th and 7
th. These tests will begin at 7 am on both days and are expected to be conducted through 5 pm. During testing, there will be a select amount of hydrants that will be opened to flush main water lines. Customers could experience discolored water, low pressure, and or low flow rates. The water is safe, but if you notice discoloration, please refrain from washing laundry.
